You can hit Pizza Pi at Christmas Cove, open until 6PM - www.pizza-pi.com. If weather permits, can dinghy to Cowpet and go to the Caribbean Fish Market. April weather is usually decent. Bring plenty of lights for your dinghy and PFDs. Me, I would hit the Caneel anchorage and visit the best Caribbean port town in the VIs - Cruz Bay. 20+ restaurants are walkable. Lovango is over priced and their dinner service needs to step up; nice people. Zozo's is $120pp ++drinks. Dinner in Cruz Bay at The Terrace, La Tapa, Extra Virgin, Morgan's Mango, 18/64 are better and cheaper. There are many mid-range options that we like; I could list a dozen. We had dinner at Cruz Bay Landing on Thursday and the meal was excellent and the reggae duo was great; they have music every night. Honeymoon Bay at Water Island does not suck. Great beach and Dinghy's Beach Bar is fun. But, I would hit that on the first night. Cheers, RickG
