"Puzzle" is the correct adjective. My crew and I(four vaccinated adults) are scheduled to arrive at STT on 5/17 for a 10 day charter with CYOA. We were planning to take advantage of the USVI accepting positive antibody tests within four months of arrival (and have already done that test) and would use that for entering the USVI. With the new BVI protocols we would love to spend several days around St John and then the rest of the time in the BVI before returning to St Thomas. Looks like we would need to get a PCR either the day before leaving the US or when arriving at the USVI and assuming that our PCR is negative we could probably go to JVD to go through customs and get a day 0 PCR. Assuming that test is negative we would be good to sail the BVI until right before returning to the USVI when we would need another PCR in the BVI that would get us into the USVI and the USA unless the antibodies test would still work. Am I close?
