Dear Jeepers, all,

As a (Swedish) host at Mont Vernon (French part), I’m a bit confused myself.
When the epidemic started, all hoteliers, including hosts via Airbnb/VRBO like myself, became asked to check and report the 72 hour rt-PCR test.
The prefect in his statement seems to ask my concierges to check BOTH a 72 hour rt-PCR test AND a vaccination proof, e.g. a “CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card” in the US case.
In this, or another thread, the US embassy in France suggests that a vaccine proof is good enough.
I suggest, as there is ambiguity, please when to stay in the French part (and being an “orange” US citizen): when checking in, please bring with you BOTH proofs (to make it easier for us hoteliers in the French part).

Kindly, Lars
