Ladera resort in St Lucia is definitely a place to stay ( for a short stay)or to have lunch. It's set high above the Drive in Volcano, the view is the Pitons right in front of you. But otherwise I'd choose the Rodney Bay Area for the restaurants. http://m.ladera.com/photo-gallery/
