As a sidebar and more serious..but a US citizen just spent 6 weeks in jail on Tortola for carrying a gun on his private jet..even though he had a US permit for it.. A fine of $50,000 and time served finally got him released with his plans of buying a multi $$$$ home in the BVI's in ashes and his psyche severly damaged. Every country has its own rules.... Follow the rule of the country you are visiting! I am trying to think of a recent example of that. There must be something!
