The system we have been following here on the forum for the last week and a half (Aug.25 thread) finally made status as a tropical storm overnight. It is now called tropical storm Earl. Important to know that this is not a major wind event. It is on the same forecast path as it has been all along which is just North of St Martin. There will be bands of rain, heavy at times, and intermittent thunderstorms. It will be more or less a rain day . Here is some attached information as of this morning.
