we head down in a couple of weeks and the changes we expect to happen every year already happened, our departure out of houston got moved up an hour...good thing as this gives us more time in MIA to get our cuban sandwiches at La Carreta and spend some time in the AA lounge

for our return in january, we now leave SXM an hour+ earlier, again giving us more lounge time in MIA
