Not sure why they think there is a dangerous situation with parking, seems like they are just trying to rationalize the reduced number of parking spaces! Get there early is the bottom line! Hope it's ok in November when we'll b there.
Also, it's interesting that they say Little Mud Creek parking is an overflow since they discourage nudity down there!
