I remember when the government came with heavy equipment and tore down the wall. I don't think they finished the job and never came back so it still basically not legal. As far as what is going on there now the pure speculation is that Karkater DJ Thierry has come in as partner and money and the old district 721 has nothing to do with it. Lets hope the parking and loud noise does not become a problem in the neighborhood or it could get ugly. Stay tuned! Optimistic!
