I'm curious about the enforcement mechanism. It has been my understanding that BB has people in place at each mooring field who would assist with squatters. But in truth, I really have no idea whether that's actually the case. I've only ever encountered one squatter, and when I politely
approached the folks, they graciously moved. Is it true, however, that there are actually people on site who are prepared to enforce a reservation if necessary?
