I did mine online..with the aid of my local MacCafe expert! I also printed out a copy which they took..and handed right back to me.The problem was customs and folks being told they had to fill it out because it contains a declaration section..that really held everything up. Seriously a high schooler could have created a better document and its a waste of time anyway.One other thing..the nice lady trying to help out said she had been told to get there because the Gov,in their infinite wisdom, has got rid of the ambassadors who used to go down the line and check everyones docs beforfe they got to the desk..like the lifeguards they brought in and then dumped the programme..
