I have heard of Ms. Pipers. I think it is at the Hampton Inn. We thought about staying there, but sounds like the beach chair situation is limited, so not sure about that.
I'm very excited to snorkel. I snorkeled in SXM and on the boat tour to Anguilla, but found it to be meh (except for Mullet Bay, which was ok).
Sounds like driving, navigating the island, and parking are pretty easy on the island. I'm sure we will end up renting a car.
