I can call a local Taxi I assume with my regular cell phone if I am in a wi-fi area like our rental cottage. But when I need a return from say Savannah Bay will I have to have a special plan from my Verizon or Lively to call a local cab, or can I receive a free call from the taxi driver??? Thanks
