We got to SJU on Southwest and since they don't code share at this point we were worried about connecting times...we left plenty of time just to be safe. Cape Air put us on earlier flights when we checked in since we arrived early. They also moved some of our group that weren't on the same flight so they could be with us. I love being on those little planes going over the islands...got some great pictures! We have used Cape Air in the past as well, they were great. They know how to run an airline.
