In all our years and many trips we had never stayed on the French side of the island until last April when we spent a few nights in Grand Case. The only thing I regret is that we didn't stay longer. Grand Case Beach Club was great and gave us all the benefits of an AI resort vacation without any of the negatives.

We loved our time there and I'm sure we'll do it again some day so I can appreciate many of your perspectives as being those of a long-timer first-timer just as we were.
