Eric, Though not like the fat Texas fries, the patats, made from Dutch potatoes, at Mo's Snackshop are very good. They are in between Texas and French skinny in size. They have been on summer vacation and will be open Wed or Thurs. A friendly young couple run it and I usually get take out as the shop is in a shopping plaza.
