The Puerto Rican economy is in the tank, has been shrinking for about 10 years now. About 5% of the educated professionals have left the island for jobs http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/04/us/despair-and-anger-as-puerto-ricans-cope-with-debt-crisis.htmlYet, there are tons of expensive sport fishing boats invading every summer. Has there been a decrease in the nbr of Puerto Rican yachts coming during the summer? Just curious
