Claude Mini-Club on the waterfront in Marigot has a Caribbean buffet dinner every Wednesday and Saturday, with lots of delicious food (all homemade), including all-you-can-eat lobster (grilled and cold). The buffet also include fish soup, french onion soup, grilled snapper, leg of lamb, pig roast, duck, chicken, prime rib, veggies, salads, cheeses, pies, cakes, tropical fruit salad, etc...
Buffet includes all you can drink house wine (very decent white, rose, and red).
Live entertainment.
The whole thing for $60 or $65 (don't remember exactly) per person, gratuity included.
It's packed so reservations are recommended.
