Doug is correct - their grilled lobster menu offering is a little misconceiving as they definitely don't 'grill' the lobster, and in fact, don't even have a grill per se, so it's definitely broiled. Skipjack's and Lee's both do a great job if a grilled lobster is what you're looking for, and Lee's garlic butter basting sauce is yummy.

And if you're looking for a simply prepared but excellent grouper, I can absolutely vouch for Antoine's pan sauteed choice. Pierre does a great job on this traditional fish dinner, so much so, I've never been disappointed.
