Depends on the resort. When they completely gutted out the units in building seven at the Flamingo there wasn't any special assessment for those units. Our MF and reserves took care of it.


How do the AMF/MF at Flamingo compare to the other places that have undergone extensive renovations? We rent at Royal Palm and often hear complaints from owners about how high the maintenance fees are.
