For what it's worth, Carol, the last really negative experience we had was on a Monday, if you can believe it, and it started with the JB check-in/counter personnel and then it really went down hill. We're coming home on a Wednesday this year since our last Tursday departure wasn't too much better, and yet, surprisingly, we came home in December on a Saturday and it was smooth sailing all the way.
