Oh brother, here we go again. The OP stated that there had been a creepy incident - that's all. At no time were you asked for your views on what is or isn't acceptable. We're all exposed to things that we'd prefer not to be, and usually try to avoid them. And the whole legal/illegal issue has been discussed here ad infinitum. I say it's a gray area (define nudity).
