So those of you who frequent Mullet Bay regularly, which rib joint do you prefer, Daleo's or Rosie's and why?

To US, and not saying there is a better or worse, we absolutely LOVE the ribs at Daleos. The trip wouldn't be complete without at least a couple of rib days there. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />
Sorry, missed your 'why' question. We love dry rub ribs as opposed to the ones all slathered with BBQ sauce, and Rosie is just an institution with us at this point. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
