On Norman, there is a path behind Pirates that goes up to a helicopter pad. It then branches off left and right and the paths follow the ridge. Beautiful views. I run up to the pad and back down. The ridge paths are a bit rough and rocky. Ankle sprain waiting to happen.. It's a little boring but a good workout.
Be ready for HILLS, hard to avoid. I'm used to them so I don't mind.
At Leverick you can run the road to the left of the resort. You can run toward Gorda Peak and run the road to to Hog Heaven. Steep! Great workout! VG Yacht Harbor. Run the road either direction.
On JVD. Run from bay to bay. Again, HILLS but doable. Beautiful view!
When running on Tortola keep your head on a swivel when not on a sidewalk. There is a track downtown also.
Unless you are willing to do several hundred laps on the beach? I haven't found a good place to run on Cooper.
Hope this helps a little, Jim W

Isn't that interesting... We are going to Virgin Gorda for a long weekend and I was just going to post the same question about running in the area around Spanish Town. We usually stay at Saba Rock and do a lot of hiking, and am not as familiar with the town area.
P.S. There is a 1/2 marathon 12/3/16 in Tortola that is flat and fun.

The road from Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour to the Baths is easy as pie. No traffic at 6 am. But if someone is looking for a long run, it would be necessary to do multiple loops. I didn't bring my Garmin, but I don't think it's longer than 1 1/2 miles.
