Could it be Loterie Farm? They have a lovely pool with cabanas and comfy chairs, and the trees around the area would make a great place for the monkeys to play.
Along with the kitties, there used to be an occasional visiting monkey at one of the hotels in the Cupecoy area. We never stayed there but used to enjoy the occasional breakfast and just once we actually got to see the monkey come down the stairs and wander out on the pool deck before he departed again. I don't know if this was the norm or just an occasional thing.
Once upon a time there was a restaurant called the Rusty Pellican on Front Street - now known as the Greenhouse - that had their own monkey tethered to one of the big trees (now gone....) in the outer lobby area. They are around the island, for sure. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

BTW, the breakfast was great!! We stayed there several times when Chloe and Thierry were making the breakfast!!
