dseltzer Traveler Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 570	I can offer up a very easy almost fat free Potato and Broccoli Soup yield 4 servings boil/simmer together in 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock 1 head of broccoli and 3 medium peeled white potatoes when potatoes are soft, puree all of this and season with a pinch of white pepper. Reheat and serve very simple and tastes great. The only fat will come from the chicken stock if u use it
