I think Sunday is a normal flight day for them. I just went to the Maho cam and saw it take off.

Yes Sunday is regular day. H They arrived about 10:35. They were early. Last Sunday I think for 747. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />

Just peeked in on the Maho Beach Cam and the big blue bird - the KLM 747 is sitting at the gate.

Just left SXM. What a big beautiful blue "bird". Gotta love the waving pilot!! Really will miss seeing this sight.

I filmed the rollout and take off in HD so it is a big file. Need to trim it down and get it uploaded. Probably will wait when I get back home when I have decent upload speeds. stay tuned.

It lands at roughly 10:45, takes back off at roughly noon. You can see scheduled landings and departures on the PJIA website, or the link on mahobeachcam.

I do hope that they give the final takeoff a special departure ceremony. Sad to think that we won't be able to watch the landings and takeoffs anymore...It truly was a special sight to behold EVERY time!!
