Just got myself a belated Christmas present. I know there was a post previously about this and I did find it, but does anyone have any new recipes/ideas for a pressure cooker? I got an 8 quart Fagor model.
I'm hoping this will provide some "comfort meals" for the rest of the season. I have a crockpot but don't use it much because starting the cooker when I leave for work is too long a cooking time plus I don't feel like getting up any earlier to put it all together. A pot roast in 45 minutes from the pressure cooker sounds like just the thing for me! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
