I usually don't post about dinners I had but tonight I will do just that. Last year Fig opened up in Maho just hours after we left to come home. We finally made it tonight and we all had a great meal. If anyone is thinking about goingb there, just go. Great menu, food and service. I won't go into detail but there's something for everyone.

Yes. Love the duck and the ahi tuna. Both the best on the island

We loved it back in the Cupecoy days and it's only gotten better. Glad you enjoyed yourselves and can't wait for it to be our turn. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

Funny that you mentioned those 2 dishes. I had the tuna and it was just as I had ordered it, seared on the outside and red on the inside. The woman sitting opposite me had the duck breast. She couldn't stop saying how great it was.

I guess we'll have to give Fig another try; we weren't impressed year before last when we visited the old location. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad night.

Just returned from three weeks on the island, and it was one of only two places we went to more than once. Excellent IMHO.

We have been through this so many times, Scubaman! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Last time you asked, I posted a picture of the duck I had at the original Fig a couple of years ago. I did not have it at Fig this trip.

Sorry to bring it up again so quickly after two years. I'll remember that and won't do it again. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" />

Uh - the picture was from a couple of years ago. The queries have been much more recent. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
