on the grill rotisserie... stuffed with pineapple marinated in Balsamic Vinegar... YUMMMMMM! I've made this before and it's excellent... Slow cooked over indirect heat... about three hours at 250F-275F... or until internal temp reaches 165F...

Here's a good way to do game hens. I always get rave reviews on them and if the weather tunes bad, it works well in the oven.
Honey & Brandy Glazed Cornish Game Hens ½ cup Butter 2 T Honey 2 T Brandy 1 T Worcestershire 2 T Lemon juice 2 - 4 game hens - halved
Mail all together over low heat. Baste chicken with mixture while grilling. Cook and reduce remaining sauce and drizzle over chicken to serve.
