Hi, my wife and I have chartered a captained 30' power catamaran when we're in St Thomas on Wednesday 3/29/17 (arriving on the Celebrity Silhouette) and we're looking to get up to 4 other people to join us to share the boat and the costs. Total cost for the charter is $750 includes the boat, captain, fuel, etc. so we will split that cost up depending on how many of us. The group charters run $150+ pp and you go where they tell you and you're with a lot of people. We've been there and done that, but with this private boat we can go island/beach hopping to avoid the crowds (5 ships in port that day!), snorkeling in private spots, do a "beach bar tour" in both the USVI's and the BVI's, anything we want to do and anywhere we want to go for less than a mass charter.
