Watching the webcam of Soggy Dollar I see many CC boats near the beach. Are they privately owned or can they be rented?
Thanks

Isn't the 4th of July when the Puerto Rican Navy visits in their big boats?

Christmas in July is the last weekend in July. The entire PR navy invades and Savannah bay hosts 70-80 boats. A good time is had by all, just glad I will be off charter and snug at Guavaberry.

This is the official Christmas in July web site. It indicated July 23 2017 as the date.
