Wanted to share a recipe that my husband made on New Year's. The recipe came from Epicurious, so rather than copy it (perhaps a copyright violation here?) I'll post the link. The recipe is for Sea Scallops with Cilantro Gremolata and Ginger Lime Beurre Blanc. Fantastic! (And the sauce was great for bread-dipping afterwards!)

Yummmm...
Not a big fan of sea scallops (very mild a taste, not sweet, IMO), but I'll try this with Bay Scallops!
