BLUF: Please provide reliable taxi that I can pre-arrange:
I am taking a Oceania cruise which has a stop in St. Maarten the earlier part of December. This cruise is prerequisite to my first island stay since Irma. So, I would like to tailor my excursion to places that I specifically want to visit. It is important that the driver get me back to the ship in plenty of time

Assuming :Lesley is referring to Mr. Brooks, and while we've never used him, based on comments here from many who have we recommended him to friends who were on a cruise stop and they were very well pleased with him and his service.
