Looking at a condo for sale on VG. The Village (Olde Yard) Any owners out there with any info would be appreciated: rental income, HOA, general satisfaction with units.

Thanks

Depending on the size the HOAs are about $350/$400 per month. They have still to re roof some of them from the hurricanes of 2017 ! Income 2 beds around $2k one bed $1500,monthly rentals if you do vacation rentals you have to pay hotel taxes etc.. OH and if you wait for a non belonger permit your property can be purchased by a local up to the very last second !! So be warned, happened to friends of ours, over a year in to the purchase and they lost a lot of money in fees...
