Ever since the ability to drill into the deep seabed has become a reality the earthquakes have increased. This is not a natural occurrence but a manmade occurrence.

Intro Geology 101 would show a person the actual tectonics involved in the PR earthquake. There is no drilling anywhere near either side of that fault line.
