How far is the cab ride from the airport to Compass Point (and approximate cost)? Is there a good place for provisioning at the marina or are we better off stopping en route?

It's probably 6 miles or so. Fee looks to be $14 for one person or $10 each if more than one. Food Center is less than a mile away. You can dinghy much closer. Scroll down to taxi rates. http://www.vinow.com/stthomas/getting_around_stt/taxi_stt/

Provisioning at Compass point was pretty easy. A short dinghy ride takes you to a major market. Unless you need some specialty stuff you can pick your stores there. In the past if you said you’re on a charter you would get 10% off. Don’t know if that still true.

You know Evan.....nails are funny, this thing should seriously be long gone by now....but it's kinda hang'in around....never mind it's dinner time <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" /> I can choose to either stop dragging my feet or never wear flip flops again <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Groovin.gif" alt="" />
