Just got back from 6 nights in Cane Garden Bay on Tuesday. It was fantastic. Not much of a trip report because HAPPILY all we did was lime everyday on the beach. Some new things for us: Jolly Roger's is now Fish and Lime owned by the same ppl that own Willy T's we were told; miss the flag coming into the marina though and didn't try it.

Pirate's Bight is very upgraded now and looks real fancy; almost out of place. No more red roof with name on top and gift shop has been moved.

On CGB Stanley's is now Tony's still love the location and atmosphere. Happy hours on the beach are very good at Quitos $5 appetizers and $2 beers! Also the Big Banana has $2 beers. Tony's has $3 beers and buckets of beer for only $15. Rhymer's didn't seem to have any that we know of no signs up acknowledging happy hour.

Elm's BBQ is still very fun and ribs are great; the power went out and it rained it was fantastic. It was Sunday the 9th don't recall the band's name.

Stayed at Agape Cottages (1st time) the walk is just as they say but we were fine; not as bad as the purple pineapple across in JVD, that one went straight up no turns to help kill the pain. The views are to die for and our unit had everything we needed. We stayed in D1 at the top. Also Looked in other units and just as nice and the owners are very nice and knowledgeable they had several photo albums with her parents who came to Tortola in the 70s or 80s I think she said to help children read and swim; interesting to browse through them.

Did go out one day on a cat with Aristocat and it was great. The day was perfect and they took us to 4 stops that included two coves; I think one was called Angel cove? saw a turtle there and then Kelly's cove?, then on to pirate's bight. They had a kayak on the boat and they let us kayak over to the bar and gift shop. Gilbo and Emily were our crew and they prepared a nice lunch, beer, rum and sodas for us. Also met Cindy and Bill H. from this forum on the boat and the crew opened a bottle of champagne for them to celebrate them selling their boat frown It was nice to finally meet some TTOLers and we all had a great time. The last stop was at the Indians. Never been there before it was the best snorkeling.

Loved our vacation and getting in all that beach time is just wonderful to do nothing but look at the views and chill and think about what drink you are going to have next <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />
