For the past 4 or 5 days, a zodiac has been tethered to a mooring ball by itself in the middle of Cane Garden Bay. What gives?

There are actually 2. There's a center console RIB farther NE near the locals beach.

It probably belongs to a local who uses it to get between the fuel dock and their fishing boat. There is typically 3 or 4 over by the fuel dock in the water.
