Those living near Toronto can book pretty cheap airfare on AA in July. This was 15-22 July and 15-28 July on Kayak.
$354 via MIA

Considering that there is no guarantee that the Island will be accepting flights in July I would not purchase a ticket from anyone other than the airline to minimize grief with refunds/credits

Kayak usually sends you to AA. I often use Kayakmto hunt the deal and go to airline.
