There is some topless on the beaches, in some areas, but it is very limited. It appears to be out of style there now.
Paradise is an island in the Caribbean!

Seemed to me Aruba was like Dutch Sam. Topless here and there to about same percentage. Never saw a big deal raised by anyone. I'd love to get in a time machine and see where the world will be in 25 year increments at beaches around the world.

We haven't been to Aruba in a while, but it USED to be that Manchebo Beach had a lot of topless use. Is that still the case or not?

We stayed at the Bucuti a few years back (right next to Manchebo) and there were a lot of topless there also. I believe most of them were Europeans.

It is still very popular on Fire Island National seashore. Aruba could use something like Club Orient to boost tourism

we were there in 07...very little topless, so very little, my wife kept her top on, which she rarely does...least favorite island we've been to....safe and friendly, but think,a windy Arizona with a beach
