Strange that I can not find any info on the new administration making a federal mandatory 14 day quarantine for anyone coming in from abroad. The states do have mandatory 14 day quarantines for out of state visitors, if coming from hot zones. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and COVID cases are way down. I don’t see why the restrictions would ramp up when even FEMA is now in charge of vaccinating the general public. I think this Federal 14 day quarantine is a rumor and St. Thomas is getting the mega yachts from this panic. Just my opinion. I posted a link shortly after it was signed, on Jan. 21. There is a paragraph addressing sea travel. LINK
