This was just announced in an email: ARC Europe, the transatlantic rally organized by World Cruising, will depart from Sint Maarten, instead of Tortola, on May 8, 2021. Since the BVI's are still closed to all vessels, a change in departure to Sint Maarten was necessary. So the BVI's are losing even more sailors and business because of the closure. https://www.worldcruising.com/arc_europe/event.aspx

Sint Maarten also requires no quarantine with a negative COVID test. It is the most permissive COVID protocol after the US Virgin Islands.
