Just booked 2 weeks in November. After 30+ years as a timeshare family, it will be a bit different as renters. For one thing, the cost is a bit less than the maintenance fee and traveling weekdays should reduce some stress. Last 10+ years we flew American but Delta is offering a flight out of Harrisburg/Atlanta to SXM which is very convenient for us. We hope the pandemic chaos will be a thing of the past by November but we live in crazy times so we're prepared for crazy. Looking forward to our favorites (Chesterfields/Marks Place/Antoine's?/Greenhouse) and perhaps some new cuisine. Lobster is a must and some fun "cook in" meals like spaghetti will make for a different Thanksgiving.

Tom--Glad you were able to re-book.

With regard to lobster, not sure you're interested, but Carrefour sells cooked lobster, usually only on the weekend.. Enjoy your trip!

Didn't know that. Is it cooked to order or cold in the deli section?

Ok. Thanks. Good for a nice cold lobster salad.

Knew that, question mark was because I did not know if it was temporary or permanently closed.
