I went on the entrance requirement and I see they made some changes note # 5 as of Aug 6 it used to be that children under 10 did not need to submit anything now there asking to fill out a health report can someone help with this their ages are 4 and 6

We were required to submit a form for our child last December. From what I remember, the approval for him was almost immediate and seemed automatic.

Children under 10 don’t need to test but have always had to submit the EHAS application. We did them for our 3 and 6 year old. The system classified them as “low risk” and they didn’t need to do daily temperature checks.

I tried filling out form but it said the date today was not good since were are leaving Saturday I guess it’s not within the 72 hour window I guess I’ll try Wednesday

Yep. Can't do it outside of the 72-48 hour window.
