We did Captain Alan's day trip to St. Bart in Feb 2020. Nice trip, friendly people and staff.

According to Alan's website, they are not running them at this time. Maybe because of Covid?

There is a boat moored off Club O Beach with signs Adam and Eve and Nude cruise. May be run by the folks that have the CO place in Orient? https://www.residence-adam-eve.com/en/home/
