December and January usually are a windy months, what they call a “Christmas Winds” and temperatures are cooler. Water temperature is cooler also. We prefer April weather.

We’ve done December a few times and January at least twice and like Snuba, I prefer April. The Christmas winds can leave you feeling sand scrubbed on some days. I personally don’t feel the cooler differences in air and water temps in Dec and Jan but I think the breezes in December could account for that. Or not…….
