Hi, has anyone had experience with Empress car rental? I don’t need recommendations for other rentals, just opinions about Empress…PLEASE! Thanks!

Their cars are not the best as far as dents and looks. They are good people though. They help me out a lot when my car was hit and did not have to pay a dime. It was not my fault anyway. We do not use Empress but I wanted to say I could care less about the looks of my rental car as long as it’s mechanically safe and sound but the most important thing to me is the behavior of the rental company employees snd the eay they treat their clients. Sounds like Empress does it right in every way. And as a clarification re the appearance of our rental chariot, our car rental company put us in a new car last April and I was a nervous wreck the whole two weeks knowing I didn’t want to be responsible for the first dent or ding….. the roads still suck and sometimes people do crazy things knowing the car they’re driving isn’t theirs. 🙂🙂
