I wonder if it will be a re-do of Cheri's or something else entirely. Someone mentioned more like a food court is going in there, when talking to someone that was there on a recent visit.

Thanks for this info and she was looking for over a million ; hence the finally deal had to be cheaper because she never paid one cent for that property.

Don’t know of the veracity of the following since we know how island rumors go but we were told it was purchased for right around a million dollars by the people who also own Three Amigos. Fact? Fiction. I really don’t know which one, but anything’s possible.

According to a facebook post today about the same subject, a lot has been happening with the project, the basic framing has been done, and they are hoping to be open sometime in August. Two restaurants, and food trucks will be occupying the space. Something a bit different for the area for sure.
