Have you gotten the Cruising Guide to the Virgin Islands? It gives you a lot of information, a must have. In general, all beaches are public, excepting certain islands that are private and resort areas. These are detailed in the guide. Ordered! Thank you!

If not redlined, check out Eustatia Sound in settled conditions. Beaches nearby at Prickly Pear. Good snorkeling at the reef. Easier approach is from the north - check the Cruising Guide. You could also stay on a ball in North Sound at Saba/BEYC and take the dinghy over for a daytrip. second this recommendation
